If your User Submissions or search results on your site have been removed due to a copyright notice, you may send us a notice of dispute. This must be in writing to the satisfaction of us and our employees listed above. the following:
Your physical or electronic signature;
A description of the material that has been removed or disabled and where the material was located before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
culpable misrepresentation that you have a good faith belief that the material to be removed or disabled was caused by an error or misrepresentation of the material to be removed or disabled;
Your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Anguilla and the location of the (beneficial owner) owner at the address you provide;
Note that you accept the owner's functional service or rights.
